No Refund & No Return Policy

We do not accept any returns or refunds on orders. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. We make every effort to ensure your order is fulfilled accurately. In case we are unable to process your order, we will reach out to you to discuss the best possible resolution. Please note that no cancellations will be entertained once the order has been successfully placed on kanhajewellery.com.

If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to courier issues or incorrect details provided by the customer (such as wrong address, wrong phone number, out-of-service area, or unavailability), we shall not be held responsible for any refund or compensation.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, your order will be eligible for exchange and replacement only. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A clear and unedited video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory to process any exchange request. The video must capture all sides of the parcel along with the billing details visible on the package.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at kanhacollections89@gmail.com with your unboxing video and proof of purchase. If the video is edited, unclear, or incomplete, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.
